Fix a robot before you spend a dollar

A broken robot goes in. The engineering checks find what’s wrong, Muse Spark proposes a fix, the checks decide whether it holds, and the simulation evidence shows the result. Press the button and watch.

CHECKINGChecking whether Muse Spark is reachable…
About a minute with live Muse Spark, a second offline. Nothing you do here leaves your browser except the fix request.
  1. 1 The broken robot

A small indoor rover with two mistakes that happen in real builds: a 24 V battery on 11.1 V motors, and a chassis set higher than its wheels can lift it.

Stand-in: this slot is for Omega1. It switches to Omega1’s real measured spec once that is in the repo.

  2. 2 Engineering checksFixed rules that test whether a spec’s numbers fit together, like wheels big enough to lift the chassis. Same answer every time; no AI. catch it

    Waiting for step 1.

  3. 3 Muse Spark proposes a fix (Forge loopWhen a check fails, Muse Spark proposes a change, the checks re-run, up to three rounds. The model proposes; the checks decide.)

The model may only change an allow-listed set of fields, at most three rounds. It proposes; it never decides.

    Waiting for step 2.

  4. 4 The checks decide

  5. 5 Rover field checks

    Waiting for step 4.

  6. 6 Simulation evidenceA pass/fail test in the Gazebo simulator: the twin drives 1 m, turns 90° and stops, and the result is measured against where it really went. RECORDED

    Waiting for step 5.
